Des has over 35 years experience in the HVAC and construction industries in areas of contracts management, projects management and supervision, commissioning, estimating and OH&S. His current duties consist of: Estimating, Purchasing, Contract Management, Site Management, Budget Control and Labour Control.

Des is a licenced plumber and gasfiter (all 7 categories), endorsed in the commissioning of backflow prevention devices and thermostatic mixing valves, an associate member of AIRAH and the Occupational Health and Safety Representative for AC HALL.

Fiona has over 15 years experience in the construction industry and has an associate diploma in architectural technology. Fiona is a founding Director of AC HALL and has extensive experience in all facets of business statutory responsibilities. Her duties entail financial control, company compliance, occupational health & safety, human resources and operations management.

Thy Ha
Finance Administrator
Thy has a Bachelor of Computing degree with majors in Finance and Accounting and office adminstration certification and has been with ACHALL for over 4 years.

Her current duties consist of finance and accounts administration (accounts payable and receivable, pay), purchasing officer and adminstrative assistant.
