Alex Hall

Alex Hall

Managing Director
The founder of AC Hall Airconditioning, Alex is the public face of the business. A long-time industry contributor, Alex served on the AMCA Victoria Board for 20 years, including two terms as president (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Contractors Association of Australia), he is highly skilled & educated across all facets of the industry. Alex is a qualified refrigeration mechanic (ARC), holds an electrical D licence, is a licensed mechanical plumber. With a background as a refrigeration mechanic, Alex has worked across the commercial HVACR sector before founding his own business. He enjoys the trade’s hands-on and constantly evolving nature and takes pride in mentoring the next generation of technicians. Alex is also a director for Refrigerant Reclaim Australia: RRA is Australia's solution to the responsible disposal of refrigerant gases. RRA is responsible for the collection, management, and safe disposal of surplus and unwanted refrigerant, protecting the environment and supporting Australia’s transition to a more sustainable future.
Brad McAndrew

Brad McAndrew

General Manager
Brad has 30 years experience within the Construction Industry as a design engineer and then within the mechanical services contracting sector of the commercial construction industry. His experience has developed through many sectors including Healthcare, Retail, Education and Industrial within the fitout, refurbishment and new construction areas. Brad has progressed into senior managing roles and has a proven track record of delivering successful projects for all clients. Brad is a qualified mechanical services engineer with NEBB certification, and is the former AMCA (Vic) president demonstrating his commitment and willingness to share his knowledge and experience with the wider industry and all stakeholders.
Mark Carter

Mark Carter

Service Manager
Mark is the Service Manager at AC Hall Air Conditioning and Mechanical Services and he has over 25 years of experience. He is highly skilled & educated across all aspects of the HVAC Industry. Mark is a qualified refrigeration mechanic, holds an electrical D licence, a Refrigeration ARC licence and is a member of the VBA. He sits on the AMCA service and maintenance committee. He prides himself on providing a personal, high level of customer care and establishing long-lasting relationships with his valued clients.

Thy Ha

Finance Administrator
Thy is responsible for managing all of the business's financial resources. She has a Bachelor of Computing, Certificate II in Office Administration and a major in finance/accounting, which means she possesses numerous skills to keep our office running successfully. An integral part of the team, Thy also assists in planning our long-term financial goals, budgets and investment activities.

Project Engineer
Darren is endorsed by the Business Licensing Authority (BLA) as a Professional Engineer with over five years of experience in designing, managing, and delivering efficient building systems across commercial, residential, F&B, government, education, and aged care. Registered on the National Engineering Register (NER), Darren demonstrates a strong commitment to engineering excellence, compliance, and sustainability. His knowledge spans HVAC, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with a focus on integrated solutions that enhance building performance and occupant comfort. His collaborative approach consistently contributes to successful project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
Floyd Bromley

Floyd Bromley

Services and Development Planner
With a background in mechanical engineering, Floyd works closely with Mark in managing a team of service technicians to ensure works are completed to a high quality and in a timely manner. If you ring or email our service department, Floyd is often your first point of contact. Floyd manages the schedules for all of our service technicians to ensure all of our customers' needs are accounted for. Additionally, Floyd works on strategies to improve outcomes and customer satisfaction across the business.
